We are a coupleof swedes who lives 6 months per year in Phuket since 2002 . Our third building-project is now finished and we can now offer 2 new houses for sale.
With our experience and knowledge we are creating these houses according to european standard. Light, open design, functional kitchen and occident bathrooms are our standard.
We also considered the Thai climate by having an outside "living room" i.e a terrace under roof. It follows the entire house facing the swimming pool.
The foundation is equipped with a system that protects against termites.
The houses were finished spring 2008 and spring 2009
Only top quality buildingmaterials will be used, i.e industrial concrete, solid wood, widows and slide doors with frames of teak, high quality clinkers and tiles. Kitchen zink and all taps are in stainless steel.
We have also hired a Swedish building engineer who, on a daily base, inspected the building sites.
